Well, here’s how you can!

(If you are under 21 years of age)

 

Write a short story about

“Why Summer Assembly Is Important To Me”

or

“What Special Thing Has Happened In My Life Because of Summer Assembly Camp”

 

The stories must be submitted to

The stories must be postmarked by

JUNE 15, 2007 (no exceptions)

 

If you are the entry chosen, you will be given your

Registration and housing FREE for this year’s Summer Assembly

(food, snacks, crafts and recreation not included)

The Bring A Friend to Camp

Challenge

 

Here is a challenge for you…

Bring your friends to camp with you!!!

 

For each NEW person you bring to camp for the full week,

You will receive $5.00 off the cost of YOUR registration,

 

SOOOO...

 

The more people you bring to camp,

The more money you’ll save.

 

And remember the EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT can be taken in addition to the Friend Challenge.

 

Start asking your friends TODAY to come and spend a great week with you and see how much money you can save!

(should the accumulated discount exceed the cost of registration, no refund will be given)

 

 

 

 

Early Bird Discount:

 

If your registration is postmarked by June 1, 2007

The registration fee will be discounted $10

($40 instead of $50)

 

 

 

 

Family Discount:

 

If you have three or more children,

You can receive half off of the registration fee for the third and subsequent children in the same family

($10 instead of $20 for Preschoolers and

$25 instead of $50 for older kids)

 

 

 

 

 

Group Discount:

 

If you plan to bring a group of 10 or more (non staff) to camp

You can receive an additional $5 off per person

 

 

 

 

 

 

Prepaid Meal Tickets:

 

If you have a big eater in the family

(or someone who doesn’t want to worry about putting money back for their meals)

You have the option of saving some money by purchasing a prepaid meal ticket.

($40 for ages 10 and under or $50 for ages 11 and up)

 

 

 

 

Free Meals:

 

If you volunteer in the Dining Hall,

 The meal you work is provided to you for free

 

 

 

 

 

Cost Assistance:

 

Don’t forget to check with the Minister or Camping Director at your home church about the availability of camp scholarships
