“What Special Thing Has Happened In My Life Because of Summer Assembly Camp”

The stories must be submitted to

JUNE 15 (no exceptions)

If you are the entry chosen, you will be given your

Registration and housing FREE for this year’s Summer Assembly

(food, snacks, crafts and recreation not included)

Prepaid Meal Tickets:

If you have a big eater in the family

(or someone who doesn’t want to worry about putting money

back for their meals) you have the option of saving some money by purchasing a

prepaid meal ticket.

($40 for ages 10 and under or $50 for ages 11 and up)

*Family Discount:

Half off the registration fee for the third and subsequent children in the same family

*Group Discount:

Groups of 10 or more (non staff) receive an additional $5 off per person.

*Only one discount per person

Early Bird Discount:

The registration fee will be discounted $10

($50 instead of $60)

Must be postmarked by JUNE 1!

Free Meals:

Volunteers in the Dining Hall receive each meal they work for free! (We are unable to guarantee work for every meal. For campers in need of financial assistance with all meals, a limited number of scholarships are available for full-time volunteers, contact Roy or Karen Nelson for details)
