Rev. Keith Scarborough grew up and graduated High School (a straight C student!) in St. Louis, Mo. As a young man, he studied acting and at the age of 15 he was cast as Huckleberry Finn. He went on to play several roles at Silver Dollar City before becoming the Director of Entertainment at Rawhide Wild West Town in Scottsdale, Az.
In 2001 Keith joined a team planting a church in Phoenix, Az and returned to school to ear a Masters in Theology. In 2004 he and his family returned to St. Louis where he became an Associate Pastor at Morning Star Church. In 2010 he was appointed to plant The Word at Shaw in an abandoned United Methodist Church in central St. Louis. Since then, he has been the visionary behind the restoration of the old building and the architect of a multicultural congregation.
Keith is married to Lorilise and together they have four children (two girls and two boys), two (handsome) sons-in-law, and two (perfect) grandsons.
Keith invites you to join him in worship to develop a "Bolder and Deeper" relationship with the Lord.
